Based on the book\, Healing Oils of the Bible by Dr. David Stewart. \nEMOTIONAL RELEASE\nClass Participants will acquire an understanding of how essential oils may facilitate the clearing of negative emotional patterns through lecture\, demonstration\, and a “personal release” session\nResearch has shown that intense and long-term stress can cause a number of physical health problems.  A brief discussion of the theory\, science and philosophy of emotions and how they affect us physically\, mentally\, emotionally and spiritually. We will explore some simple natural tools to assist in a deeper understanding of our emotions and the ‘how and why’ essential oils facilitate in natural tools to assist in a deeper understanding of our emotions and the ‘how and why’ essential oils facilitate in emotional releasing. During an Emotional Release session\, essential oil blends are both applied and inhaled.
